We caught up with George May, vice president, West km, and Meredith Williams, director of knowledge management for Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC at ILTA ‘08.
Williams led the successful implementation and adoption of BakerKM – her firm’s knowledge management system using West km, and spoke about the rollout Monday to a group of km users.
