Scalia and Garner promote book

Viewers of “60 Minutes” got a glimpse into the legal writing relationship between Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia and Bryan Garner, editor of Black’s Law Dictionary from West.

They teamed up on “Making Your Case: The Art of Persuading Judges,” just published by West and officially available today.

“60 Minutes” has posted the video of its profile of Scalia, which includes some insight from Garner in part two of the segment, as well as a transcript of the entire program.

Users of iTunes can access the audio of the interview in the “60 Minutes” podcast.

The ABA Journal has posted excerpts from the book. LegalTimes has a blog post about the book’s content.
